Yes, we are a proud pet-friendly community in Euless, TX! We welcome up to two pets per apartment home. While we do not have a specific weight limit, we do have certain breed restrictions (such as Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and Dobermans) and require a pet interview. Residents pay a one-time pet fee of $400 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. Your furry friends will love our on-site pet park and the nearby walking trails at Bob Eden Park. ​Water and sewer will be billed back to the resident monthly through the property and will be paid with rent. All residents are responsible for setting up their own electricity.

​All apartments come with one covered parking space, included! Any additional vehicles can be parked in the open, uncovered parking spaces.
