While we do not have a specific weight limit, we do have certain breed restrictions (such as Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and Dobermans) and require a pet interview. We offer assigned covered parking and private detached garages for an additional monthly fee (approximately $115–$140). While we do not currently offer dedicated EV charging stations on-site, our central location provides easy access to local charging infrastructure within the Euless area.

Which utilities am I responsible for, and is there a utility transfer or connection fee?

​Water and sewer will be billed back to the resident monthly through the property and will be paid with rent. All residents are responsible for setting up their own electricity.

Is parking available on-site, including covered parking, and is there a fee?

​All apartments come with one covered parking space, included! Any additional vehicles can be parked in the open, uncovered parking spaces.
